People Coordinator

Job Summary
Coordinate the employee lifecycle end-to-end from onboarding to offboarding, maintain HR systems (HRIS, LMS) with accurate data, monitor workflows and follow up to keep things moving, support reporting cycles, and contribute to culture and events. The role is full-time on a fixed-term basis until March 2027, with flexible working arrangements between home and the Paengaroa office and periodic onsite collaboration. Ideal candidates will bring experience in HR coordination/support, strong attention to detail, system/process-savvy mindset, and effective communication and collaboration skills to support a global People team.
Required Qualifications
- A tertiary qualification in HR, Business, or equivalent experience
- Experience in a coordination or HR support role
- Confidence working with systems, data, and processes (HRIS experience is a bonus)
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to keep things on track
- Clear communication skills and a collaborative approach
- Familiarity with NZ employment legislation is helpful; global exposure is a bonus
