Job Summary
Provide timely, practical advice and coaching to business leaders on people decisions, employee relations processes, and wage compliance. Lead end-to-end management of employee relations matters, including investigations, grievances, disputes, and disciplinary processes, while preparing necessary documentation. Coach leaders on misconduct, performance, and workplace conduct issues, and support management of workplace and personal injury matters. Deliver training on capability topics and contribute to engagement, talent, and succession planning initiatives. Partner with Safety, Risk, Fraud, and Forensics teams to ensure compliance and identify improvement opportunities. Report on People & Capability metrics and escalate risks to drive continuous improvement. Requires 2-5 years of Employee Relations case management experience in a fast-paced environment.
Required Qualifications
- 2-5 years of Employee Relations case management experience
- Ability to effectively manage competing priorities in a high volume and fast-paced environment
- Proactive, solutions focussed and flexible approach
- Tertiary qualifications in HR, Business Management or similar
