Job Summary
People Business Partner for the Technology portfolio that translates people strategies into actionable plans to support an AI-enabled organization. Lead end-to-end initiatives (Annual Reviews, Compensation Planning, Engagement Surveys), coach people managers on performance and development, analyze attrition and promotion trends, and collaborate with People Relations to address employee relations matters. Emphasizes data-driven coaching, stakeholder partnership, and optimizing the developer/engineering employee experience in a fast-moving tech environment.
Required Qualifications
- Foundational understanding of AI/ML technologies and experience leveraging, securing, or positioning AI-driven solutions to optimize outcomes within your functional domain
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Organization Behavior, Business Administration or a related business discipline or equivalent professional experience
- 7+ years of progressive HR experience directly managing and supporting end-to-end employee lifecycle processes
- Proven experience operating within a fast-paced, high-growth technology corporate environment
- Documented experience designing, standing up, or implementing AI-enabled talent strategies
