Job Summary
Deploy and embed the People strategy across the Iberia&IIG organization, acting as a strategic partner to the regional Management Team for an organization of approximately 2000 employees. Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement a People Strategy that aligns with business objectives, while utilizing diagnostic skills to identify workforce needs and articulate value propositions. Partner with business leaders to provide strategic advice on transformation, change initiatives, and performance management, ensuring compliance with local laws and regulations. Coordinate capability development and workforce planning efforts, including hiring and succession planning, to maintain a robust talent pipeline. Operate independently as the first point of contact for people-related strategic changes, fostering a unified People Function community to position the organization as an Employer of Choice.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- over 8 years of experience as a People Business Partner
- experience within a commercial organization across various geographies
- Expertise in business partnering and stakeholder management within agile environments
- Proven experience in leading change and organizational transformation
- Proficiency in organizational design, workforce planning and talent development
- Demonstrated track record in leadership/team coaching and organizational development
- Strong drive, proactive and adaptable mindset, with resilience and stay focused in ambiguity
- Fluency in Spanish or Italian language, both written and spoken
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken
