Job Summary
Strategic People Partner supporting employees and leaders across the Americas, partnering with functional leaders on employee relations, organizational design, engagement, leadership effectiveness, and People processes. Drives talent planning, succession planning, and skills development in collaboration with global L&D and OD teams; supports talent acquisition with NA leaders; leads employee relations cases with empathy and fairness; enhances the employee experience through culture-building initiatives; utilizes HRIS data (Workday) to identify trends, measure program impact, and coach managers on data-informed decisions; guides leaders through organizational changes and provides communication and coaching support; ensures compliant application of People policies in collaboration with local Operations, Payroll, and Benefits. Qualifications emphasize extensive HR experience, US market knowledge, HRIS proficiency, and strong communication and problem-solving capabilities.
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of People Partner / HRBP or equivalent experience
- Expertise in employee relations and complex cases
- US market knowledge in employment legislation
- Experience using HRIS data; Workday strongly preferred
- Strong communication, coaching, and problem-solving skills
- Comfort with ambiguity and operational flex in a lean and changing environment
