Job Summary
Serve as the primary people partner to a defined set of executives, owning decisions on org design, headcount planning, and performance management end to end. Advise leaders on structure, span of control, and leveling while shaping decisions, and coach managers to identify underperformance early with documented processes. Own employee relations intake and investigation, manage succession planning for high-potential talent, and act as the change management partner for reorganizations. Run feedback cycles, engagement pulse checks, and stay interviews to translate insights into actionable recommendations. Define the HRBP function's operation and partner with the Head of People Experience to build scalable manager enablement. This foundational role supports Polymarket's rapid growth as the world's largest prediction market platform, helping build manager enablement that scales beyond client groups.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years as an HR Business Partner in a tech company
- clear experience owning a client group end to end
- Proven track record coaching managers through performance management
- Experience advising senior or executive leaders on org decisions
- Strong diagnostic instincts
- Experience running performance calibration
