Job Summary
Responsible for shaping people strategy and delivering end-to-end talent lifecycle outcomes. Drives area goals with the leader, owns talent decisions including recruiting, onboarding, development, performance management, org structure, compensation, and exits. Leads initiatives like Leaders Lab and ABC Players to identify patterns, retention risks, and actionable feedback. Maintains regular coaching through weekly 1:1s with leaders, supports managers in difficult conversations, translates values into observable behaviors, and focuses on maintaining A-player retention and talent density across the organization. Fluent in English and Spanish with location options in CDMX or Bogotá, and a Global-remote capable culture emphasizing collaboration across dispersed teams.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years in People
- Ideally a former leader or current People Business Partner
- English and Spanish fluent
- CDMX or BOG
