People Business Partner

Job Summary
Partner with managers to build engaged, high-performing teams and develop their leadership capabilities through coaching on feedback, performance management, and change. Advise on employee relations matters and employment legislation while supporting managers with performance improvement, absence management, and other people-related cases to ensure fair, consistent decision-making. Guide leaders through performance, development, and organizational conversations, helping them navigate people challenges during rapid growth. Contribute to leadership development initiatives and organizational changes, collaborating with Recruitment and People Operations to improve the employee experience and build scalable people practices.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business Administration or a related field
- Around 5-8 years of experience in an HR Business Partner, People Partner or similar role
- Experience in a growing technology, engineering, manufacturing or deep-tech environment
- Good knowledge of Dutch employment law
- Experience coaching managers on a broad range of people topics
- Comfortable working in an international and fast-changing environment
Desired Qualifications
- Experience supporting engineering, R&D or other highly technical teams
