Job Summary
People Business Partner for North region at Kids Planet Central Support, partnering with regional Senior Leaders and Nursery Managers to identify people challenges, deliver practical solutions aligned with business goals, and embed OFSTED/EYFS standards while upholding a values-led culture. Lead the regional People Plan, drive HR projects including acquisitions and TUPE, manage resourcing and complex ER matters, champion engagement and wellbeing initiatives, and build manager capability through coaching and best-practice guidance. A role focused on shaping engagement, wellbeing, and culture across a multi-site childcare organization with a strong emphasis on data-driven decision making and cross-regional collaboration.
Required Qualifications
- Experience as HR Business Partner in multi-site environments
- Ability to manage escalated ER cases
- Experience delivering HR projects (TUPE, acquisitions or harmonisation)
- Capability in coaching and leadership development
- Data-driven, analytical mindset with KPI monitoring
- DBS check and safeguarding training
