Job Summary
Senior HR leader on the People & Purpose M&A team responsible for developing and executing talent diligence and post-close integration strategies for acquired organizations. Leads talent mapping, compensation, org design, and growth planning across pre-acquisition through integration, partnering with Corporate Development, the Integration Management Office, PBPs, and COEs to ensure seamless handovers to end-state People Business Partners. Drives cultural alignment, employee experience goals, and retention with cross-functional collaboration, change management, and data-driven decision making. Manages end-to-end transition and handovers with critical documentation and deal context, and supports flexible deal-related HR activities post-close. Requires 12+ years of HR experience in tech, strong collaboration and coaching skills, and travel up to 20%. Travel-friendly, AI-first/SaaS experience preferred; Workday pay transparency practices observed.
