Job Summary
Senior People Business Partner in London leading strategic HR partnering across global leaders, translating business priorities into local people plans, guiding employee relations, engagement/EDI, and wellbeing initiatives while using data to influence decision-making; partners with People & Culture to deliver scalable leadership solutions, manages complex cases, and drives global HR projects including change, policy development, and workforce planning.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 7 years progressive HR experience
- CIPD Level 7 qualified or equivalent
- Experience implementing companywide Employee Engagement and EDI initiatives
- Experience in financial services essential
- Experience with employment law across EMEA
- Strong analytical skills and data interpretation
- Familiarity with AI tools and HRIS
- Experience mentoring junior professionals
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated and autonomous or team-based work style
- Ability to operate in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Knowledge of data privacy laws (GDPR)
