Job Summary
Advise management on personnel matters, lead recruitment processes from vacancy creation to final negotiations, and manage performance review cycles. Execute HR projects, administer employment contracts, and implement training programs while supporting employee development. Translate organizational signals into actionable proposals and strengthen middle management through training and guidance. Collaborate with the People & Culture team to foster an inclusive environment. Work full-time in Utrecht, reporting to the Head of People & Culture.
Required Qualifications
- Aantoonbare ervaring in een soortgelijke HR-functie in scale-up omgeving
- HBO+ werk- en denkniveau
- Veel energie en enthousiasme, pro-actief, can-do mentaliteit
- Kent dynamiek van fast-moving omgeving
- Communicatief sterk
- Vloeiend Nederlands en een goede beheersing van de Engelse taal
- Up-to-date kennis van HR-wet- en regelgeving en het vermogen deze praktisch toe te passen
