Job Summary
Serve as the primary point of contact for employee relations issues, ensuring timely and fair resolution while conducting investigations related to workplace conflicts or policy violations. Regularly provide coaching and guidance on skill development, career pathing, and sensitive people situations, and advise managers on performance management and disciplinary processes. Foster a positive work culture by proactively addressing concerns, navigating challenging conversations, and guiding leaders in building inclusive, high-performance environments. Act as a People consultant to drive HR strategies aligned with business objectives, analyze engagement trends to develop solutions, and ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, or a related field
- 6+ years of experience in people or business partnerships, specifically within the tech industry or fast-scaling startups
- Demonstrated success in decreasing turnover and increasing engagement within technical teams through data-driven decisions and creative talent programs
- Experience leading organizational change or large-scale projects using agile methodologies
- Deep understanding of how talent strategy directly impacts the bottom line, with enough labor law and compliance knowledge to manage risk while still moving at the speed of the business
- Must possess excellent communication and analytical skills
- High proficiency in written and spoken English (+B2)
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously
- Ability to manage time and workload effectively to meet deadlines
