Job Summary

Partner with senior leaders and Employee Relations to develop scalable people strategies, drive talent growth, and resolve complex workplace issues including conflict resolution and performance improvement plans. Provide thought partnership on workforce planning, team structure, and hiring prioritization while coaching leaders on performance management and navigating the employee lifecycle. Anticipate organizational challenges to inform smarter decisions, lead teams through transitions, and champion inclusive culture through engagement surveys and effective change communication. Collaborate cross-functionally to align culture with reward strategies, ensuring internal equity and fair solutions that align with company values.

Required Qualifications

  • 8 years of HR Generalist, HR Business Partner or equivalent experience across non-exempt and exempt employees
  • 3+ years dedicated to non-exempt employee populations
  • Experience ideally in Call Center, TPA, or Claims Operations
  • BA/BS degree (Bachelor of Science) or equivalent practical experience
  • High emotional intelligence (EQ)
  • Ability to have 'courageous conversations' with senior leaders
  • Proven ability to remain flexible and agile in an ever-changing environment

  • Stays ahead of HR trends, technology shifts, and healthcare regulations
  • Exceptional track record of partnership and collaboration, with business leaders and people team partners
  • Act as a true partner of the business and people team

  • Co-create people strategies that drive bottom-line results
  • Drive annual cycles like performance reviews, compensation planning, and promotion calibrations within your assigned business units
  • Use data from engagement surveys to diagnose 'cultural health' issues
  • Implement programs that improve morale and retention
  • Lead teams through transitions, whether it's a departmental restructure, a shift in product strategy, or scaling a new office
  • Manage complex workplace issues, including conflict resolution and performance improvement plans (PIPs)
  • Maintain legal compliance
  • Must be available for three days per week in the office
  • Must be based out of one of our Lehi, UT office

Desired Qualifications

  • Experience in Call Center, TPA, or Claims Operations (ideally)
