Job Summary
Partner with leadership to drive business outcomes through the employee lifecycle, including developing and executing programs around open roles, employee relations, performance/merit cycles, and organizational development. Provide guidance on management training, coaching, workforce planning, restructures, and succession planning; collaborate with COEs and HR partners (Talent Acquisition, Total Rewards, HR Analytics, Legal). Bring 5+ years of HR/People Partner experience, strong communication and problem-solving abilities, and a strategic yet hands-on approach; MBA preferred. Bengaluru-based, in-person role with cross-functional stakeholder engagement.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of relevant, progressive HR/People Business Partner or advisory experience
- Experience in leadership development, change management, performance management, employee relations, and organizational design
- Experience with different HRIS systems
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work with fluid information in a changing environment
- Effective verbal and written communication; cross-functional collaboration
- Strong EQ and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment; willing to handle both strategic and tactical work
- MBA degree preferred; HR certifications nice to have
