Job Summary
Ensure HR strategy and key processes are institutionalized by responding to insights and needs across contractors and employees. Manage employee development and relations while serving as an employee champion to ensure fair, equitable processes that drive business growth. Provide coaching to managers on HR program execution, evaluate effectiveness, and lead site-level strategy implementation. Set and monitor departmental objectives, enable learning and development, and lead improved employee relations efforts. Ensure speedy resolution of discipline and grievances, represent the company in CCMA cases, and drive compliance with EEA and SDA agendas. Proactively identify talent flight risks and counsel management teams on performance initiatives and total rewards procedures.
Required Qualifications
- B Tech or Degree in Social Sciences/HR Management/Business Management
- In-depth knowledge in the generalist space of HR, Labour Laws, change management methodologies, and compensation and benefits
- Ability to write and review policies
