Own HR service delivery elements by driving operational excellence through effective teamwork, robust data analysis, and optimal process design while maintaining data accuracy and integrity. Build strong cross-functional relationships with partners across the People team, Employee Relations, Legal, and People Analytics, utilizing HR systems and reporting tools to conduct strategic analysis that informs business decisions.
