Job Summary
In-store People & Culture Administrator supporting the Store Management Team and Store P&C Business Partner with day-to-day P&C administration, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, payroll, talent and succession, employee relations, engagement, well-being, and maintaining colleague records in compliance with regulations. Deliver governance and best practices, support learning programs, report on activities and KPIs, and develop understanding of store commercial performance to drive inclusion and supporting a culture of belonging across 70,000+ colleagues in 430+ stores. Responsibilities include administering P&C activities with confidentiality, collaborating to deliver the people agenda, and ensuring policy compliance while driving efficiency improvements.
Required Qualifications
- Experience working as a P&C Administrator or similar role, preferably in a retail environment.
- Working knowledge of local employment legislation and best practice.
- Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to be flexible and prioritise, in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with effective and persuasive communication
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills, with an interest in developing commercial acumen – we’re all about learning here!
