People and Culture Manager - Parttime (all genders)

Partner with managers, stakeholders, and employees on people and culture topics to support team effectiveness and engagement. Support the implementation of culture initiatives aligned with business needs while managing the employee lifecycle from recruitment through offboarding. Partner with leadership to identify talent, development opportunities, and succession needs, while fostering a culture of trust, inclusion, and collaboration. Gather employee feedback to identify improvement opportunities and support teams through organizational change and business transformation. Ensure compliance with company policies and processes while promoting agile, collaborative ways of working.
