Job Summary
Lead end-to-end recruitment, workforce planning, and employee relations while managing Employment Hero administration and HR compliance. Coordinate workers compensation, return-to-work cases, and workforce audits to ensure practices remain compliant and audit-ready. Support leaders in building a positive, accountable workplace culture through performance management and stakeholder engagement. This part-time role involves 15 hours weekly across three days, reporting directly to the CEO. Based in a national organization with growth plans, the position offers opportunities to influence strategy and culture within the disability and health sectors.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in a generalist HR or People & Culture role
- Strong recruitment experience within a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of Fair Work legislation and employment practices
- Experience using Employment Hero or a similar HRIS
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience within disability, health, aged care or another regulated sector (highly regarded)
