Job Summary

Partner with leaders to drive performance, engagement, and accountability while leading workforce planning aligned to business strategy and financial targets. Elevate leadership capability through coaching, development, and succession planning, and oversee recruitment and onboarding experiences that attract top-tier luxury talent. Facilitate training across all levels, manage employee relations and compliance, and champion culture initiatives aligned with the hotel's art de vivre. Operational excellence through HR systems, analytics, and reporting informs commercial decisions, while you lead and develop the People and Culture team. This role requires full Australian working rights for an average of 38 hours per week.

Required Qualifications
