Job Summary

Hands-on People & Culture Generalist supporting HR operations across the full employee lifecycle for the India organization, with exposure to Nepal and U.S. geographies. Manages onboarding/offboarding, payroll coordination, benefits and leave administration, employee relations, compliance, policy support, and engagement initiatives; collaborates with managers and HRBPs, and contributes to global HR processes and improvements.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 2–3 years of experience in an HR Generalist, HR Operations, or People & Culture role
  • Hands-on experience with employee lifecycle processes, payroll coordination, benefits, and leave management
  • Experience working with HRIS platforms and strong Excel/reporting skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment
