Job Summary
Provide HR advice on performance management, employee relations, conduct, attendance, and grievances. Manage onboarding, induction, probation, engagement, wellbeing, and learning initiatives. Support recruitment, workforce planning, and talent pipeline development. Maintain HR records, including contracts, compliance, and HRIS data integrity. Produce workforce reports on turnover, recruitment, and training compliance. Assist with workplace investigations and ensure legislative compliance. Partner with leaders to promote a positive, inclusive workplace culture. Support payroll administration and broader HR operations. This 12-month fixed-term role commences early October.
Required Qualifications
- Previous experience in a HR Advisor or HR generalist role
- Strong knowledge of employment legislation and awards
- Experience managing employee relations matters and workplace investigations
- Experience with HR systems, reporting, and workforce analytics
Desired Qualifications
- Previous experience in a HR Advisor or HR generalist role, within the hospitality industry is preferred
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
