Job Summary

The People and Culture Coordinator will handle housing logistics and transportation coordination for staff, oversee HR generalist administration, onboarding, and compliance, and actively manage onsite staff housing operations. Responsibilities include monthly housing walk-throughs, room assignments, coordinating shuttle arrivals/departures with the Transportation Manager, coordinating housekeeping for staff housing, ensuring basic employee needs are met, assisting with time clock setup and onboarding, and supporting payroll and housing reporting. The role blends administrative office work with hands-on onsite duties (staff housing, beds, supplies) and requires strong communication, hospitality experience, familiarity with HRIS/UKG, and the ability to work flexible hours during peak Spring/Summer seasons. Experience with international visa workers is a plus, and the role supports relocation to temporary employer housing.

Required Qualifications

  • Prior exposure to people management/human resources or related field
