Job Summary
HR Coordinator to support the full employee lifecycle with HR operations, onboarding, payroll inquiries, benefits, and employment documentation. Partners with Payroll, People & Culture Advisor/Manager, Talent Acquisition, and other stakeholders to resolve employee inquiries, ensure accurate HR records, and contribute to process improvements across the People & Culture function. Strong attention to detail, stakeholder communication, and knowledge of Australian employment legislation desirable; proximity to public transport in North Ryde, NSW.
