Job Summary
Temporary, part-time People and Culture Assistant to support HR administration, onboarding, records management (HRIS/BambooHR, LMS, OneDrive), and employee engagement activities. Responsibilities include assisting with hiring communications and onboarding documentation, researching HR best practices and labor laws, maintaining records, editing internal HR communications, and supporting staff events and professional development. Requires a bachelor's degree and 1-2 years of relevant administrative experience in a not-for-profit/theater environment. 15-20 hours per week during regular business hours (hybrid in New York, NY), late July/August 2026 to February 2027. Compensation $22-$25/hour.
