People and Culture Advisor

Coordinate end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and employee lifecycle activities to support a positive employee experience. Provide People & Culture advice and administrative support to employees and managers on employment-related matters, policies, and procedures. Maintain accurate employee records, HR systems, and workforce documentation while ensuring confidentiality and compliance. Support employee engagement, wellbeing, recognition, and culture initiatives that promote an inclusive and positive workplace. Assist with performance, development, contract management, and workforce administration processes. Monitor workforce compliance requirements and contribute to reporting, audits, and continuous improvement initiatives. Partner with stakeholders across the organization to deliver high-quality People & Culture services and support business objectives. Champion a strong workplace health and safety culture by promoting safe work practices, employee participation, and continuous improvement.
