People and Culture Advisor (12 month FTC)

Job Summary
Support two People & Culture Business Partners; manage UK employee relations cases; advise managers on performance improvement plans, disciplinary and grievance processes, restructures, probation management, sickness absence, family leave, and flexible working requests; handle visa and right-to-work processes, including Certificates of Sponsorship, and monitor visa expiry dates; contribute to People & Culture projects, reporting, and data insights; shadow/participate in Business Partner initiatives and support delivery of key people initiatives; CIPD qualification preferred; strong stakeholder management; comfortable using AI and digital tools to enhance efficiency; London-based with occasional travel to Haywards Heath.
Required Qualifications
- HR generalist experience
- Strong employee relations expertise
- Knowledge of UK employment law
- Experience managing end-to-end employee relations
- Familiarity with HR systems (preferably Workday)
- CIPD qualification preferred
- Strong organisational skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management
- Ability to analyse data and generate insights
- Experience handling sponsorship and visa processes desirable
