Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Industrial Engineering, Economics, Statistics, or a related field
- 2–5 years of experience in People Analytics, HR Strategy, Organizational Development, Workforce Planning, Business Analytics, Strategy, or related fields
- Experience applying AI tools to improve People processes, automate workflows, and support data-driven decision-making
- Strong understanding of AI applications, data analytics, automation, and AI-driven ways of working
- Knowledge of Organizational Development, workforce planning, organizational design, and performance management practices
- Excellent command of both written and spoken English
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable business insights
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with HRIS platforms such as BambooHR and Lever is preferred
- A proactive mindset with the confidence to take initiative and think ahead
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks
