Job Summary
People Analytics Partner role focused on shaping workforce strategy through data-informed insights across ANZ and global P&C functions. Responsibilities include delivering high-quality people reporting, identifying workforce trends and risks, leading dashboard design and reporting experiences, translating complex workforce data into practical insights, developing scalable data models and reporting frameworks, and building data capability across P&C in collaboration with Digital and stakeholders. Requires proven senior-level analytics experience, expert data visualization storytelling, HRIS/HR metrics knowledge, Power BI, Excel/Power Query, and capability to simplify complex concepts for non-technical audiences. Hybrid work arrangement in Brisbane or Perth with global impact and opportunities to influence leadership decisions and organisational transformation.
