Job Summary
People Analytics Partner in Brisbane or Perth (Hybrid) delivering data-informed insights to senior P&C stakeholders. You will partner with senior leaders to shape workforce strategy, deliver reporting and identify workforce trends, lead design and evolution of dashboard experiences in Power BI, translate complex workforce data into practical insights, develop scalable data models and reporting frameworks, and build data capability across P&C and the broader business. The role focuses on informing organisational planning, talent priorities, and business outcomes, with exposure to M&A activity, transformation, and operational excellence. You will collaborate with Digital and key stakeholders, influence high-impact business decisions, and contribute to evolving analytics capabilities in a global organisation.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in a senior people analytics or workforce analytics role
- Exceptional data visualisation and storytelling capability
- Strong understanding of workforce metrics and employee lifecycle data
- Advanced expertise in Excel and Power Query
- Strong background in Power BI, data modelling, and HRIS dat.
- Experience establishing or working within data governance frameworks
- Ability to simplify complex concepts and build data capability in non-technical audiences
