Job Summary
Senior-level People Analytics Lead responsible for owning recruiting analytics end-to-end, building trusted analytics infrastructure (funnel, stage conversion, pipeline aging, time-to-fill, offer acceptance, sourcing channel quality, recruiter capacity) and delivering self-serve insights from Ashby and Snowflake to leadership reviews. You will translate hiring targets into pipeline math, define core metrics, and present actionable recommendations at pipeline reviews; partner with Recruiting and Finance to identify and fix process bottlenecks; apply AI to accelerate analysis and narratives in the first 90 days; role may be based in SF or NYC with in-office anchor days on a recurring schedule.
