Job Summary
Develop and maintain People & Culture dashboards, recurring reports, and workforce scorecards for recruiting, retention, engagement, and headcount metrics. Collect, clean, validate, and reconcile people data from HRIS, ATS, payroll, and engagement systems to ensure reliable reporting. Analyze workforce trends, identify risks and opportunities, and translate findings into actionable recommendations for P&C and business leaders. Support workforce planning, talent acquisition analytics, and program measurement through ad hoc analysis and project support. Prepare presentations and data stories that explain trends to technical and non-technical stakeholders while maintaining data accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Data Analytics, Statistics, Information Systems, or related field
- Two (2) to four (4) years of experience in HR analytics, HRIS reporting, workforce analytics, talent acquisition analytics, business intelligence, or related analytical role
- Strong Excel skills
- Knowledge of HR processes, metrics, data privacy, and confidential information handling
