Job Summary
People Advisor Manager role focused on consulting and advising managers on people-related matters, including talent development advisory, annual review support, team effectiveness, performance management, conflict resolution, and policy interpretation. The incumbent will provide analytics and data interpretation to drive decisions, respond to inquiries, partner with other people teams, and coach managers to elevate the manager experience. This position requires collaboration with People Leaders, strong communication and influence, and 3 days in office in São Paulo, Brazil.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree or Advanced Degree (Masters, MBA, JD, MD, or PhD)
