People Advisor (fixed-term)

Provide day-to-day HR support to managers and colleagues by resolving employee relations issues, championing engagement, and delivering consistent professional support throughout the colleague lifecycle. Act as the first point of contact for managers to offer advice and coaching on performance and employee relations, while collaborating cross-functionally with Talent Acquisition and Talent & Performance partners on onboarding and people projects. Identify inefficiencies to support continuous improvement and wider organizational change initiatives, using people metrics to uncover trends and recommend strategic solutions for workforce planning and retention. This fixed-term role runs until 20th September 2027 with 150 hours per period, working hybrid (3 days office, 2 days remote) between 9am and 5pm Monday to Friday.
