Job Summary
Act as the onsite HR point of contact for employees and managers, handling daily HR inquiries related to policies, compensation, benefits, leave, payroll, time attendance, and performance management. Provide timely HR support via HR systems, email, and face-to-face interaction. Guide employees and managers on HR tools and self-service systems, ensuring data accuracy. Maintain HR data quality, including employee records, contracts, and HR documentation. Coordinate onboarding, probation reviews, performance management, offboarding, and other site-level HR processes. Support recruitment for operational and support roles to meet site manpower needs. Handle employee relations issues, including grievances and disciplinary cases, with focus on frontline/blue-collar employees. Support audits, HR reporting, continuous improvement initiatives, and conduct mandatory HR orientations/training.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of HR Operations experience
- Working knowledge of local labor law, PIT, and social insurance
- Experience with HR systems (Workday is a plus)
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and conflict-handling skills
- Experience working in factory or warehouse environments is highly preferred
- Good English communication skills and proficiency in MS Office
