Job Summary
People Advisor responsible for serving as an HR functional expert and HR generalist, handling employee inquiries about policies and procedures, payroll and benefits, and supporting talent acquisition and vendor management efforts. Will partner with leadership to develop talent management and development plans, participate in employee engagement initiatives, manage HR analytics and managerial reporting, guide behavior and issue resolution per company culture and compliance, and support Workday and other HR system usage, data quality, and transactions. Requires Bachelor degree and 8+ years HR experience, strong communication/problem-solving skills, familiarity with labor laws, and advanced MS Office skills; knowledge of analytics tools (Tableau, Google Analytics, Power BI) and Workday is a plus. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor degree in human resources, business management or related field
- 8+ years of HR experience
- Familiar with local labor laws and regulations
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills; ability to manage conflicts and attention to detail
- Excel proficiency; familiarity with Tableau, Google Analytics, Power BI considered a plus
- Experience with HR systems, preferably Workday
- Experience working in Logistics industries preferred
