Job Summary
Monitor the shared HR inbox, acknowledging and actioning all queries within agreed turnaround times. Prepare standard employment letters, manage onboarding and offboarding via BambooHR, and administer employee benefits for starters and leavers. Support straightforward employee relations cases, maintain accurate records, and pull data for HR reporting and deck preparation. Coordinate office social events, champion company values across the employee lifecycle, and flag recurring policy gaps for improvement. Work on-site three days per week during EMEA hours from 2:00 PM to 11:00 PM.
Required Qualifications
- Three years of experience in an HR administration, HR shared services, or HR coordinator role
- Ideally supporting employees across multiple countries or regions
- Hands-on experience with an HRIS platform
- Working knowledge of core HR processes: employment documentation, benefits administration, and basic employee relations case handling
- Strong written communication skills
- Ability to draft accurate, policy-compliant employment letters and correspondence
- Excellent organisational skills and close attention to detail
- Ability to manage a high volume of routine queries and documentation within tight turnaround times
- Ability to exercise discretion and maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive employee information and case details
- Comfortable working across multiple time zones and jurisdictions
- Collaborating with external partners such as EOR providers
- Proficient with standard office and collaboration tools (e.g., Google Workspace)
- Ability to work on-site at the Delivery Centre 3 days per week
- Ability to work EMEA hours from 2:00 PM to 11:00 PM
Desired Qualifications
- Supporting employees across multiple countries or regions
- Hands-on experience with an HRIS platform (BambooHR strongly preferred)
- Prior exposure to Employer of Record (EOR) arrangements or international/multi-jurisdiction employment practices
- Experience supporting employee engagement or social committees (e.g., organising events, culture initiatives)
- Basic HR data reporting skills (comfortable working in spreadsheets; experience pulling and validating HRIS data)
- A relevant degree or CIPD (or equivalent) qualification, or progress towards one
- A genuine interest in process improvement and a proactive approach to spotting and flagging policy or process gaps
