People Academy Lead

Lead the People Academy curriculum design, content creation, and delivery strategy to upskill employees on compliance, ethics, and soft skills. Manage the program lifecycle from needs assessment to measurement, including vendor selection, stakeholder alignment, and impact reporting. Develop and maintain training materials, facilitate workshops, and track learner progress against organizational goals. Work cross-functionally with HR and leadership to integrate learning objectives into broader talent development plans.
