PEO Sales Executive

Job Summary
As a PEO Sales Executive at SWBC, you will generate new sales through cold calling and networking, actively manage client relationships, negotiate pricing, and represent the company at industry events. The role requires a deep understanding of the PEO industry and excellent leadership and communication skills. Responsibilities include collaborating with marketing to develop new products and maintaining a travel budget. Candidates must have at least seven years of executive-level sales experience and a Life and Health Group 1 Insurance License.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Management, or related field
- Minimum of seven (7) years in an executive level sales and/or sales management experience
- Two (2) years in the PEO industry
- Life and Health Group 1 Insurance License required
- Demonstrate deep and broad business acumen
- Thorough proven strategic relationship manager at executive level
- Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and verbal and written communication skills
- Strong leadership, negotiation, influencing, and presentation skills
- Excellent analytical and problem resolution skills
- Working knowledge of personal computers to include MS Word and Excel
- Working knowledge of the PEO industry, including the provision of workers’ compensation insurance benefits, HR outsourcing, payroll, and administration of health and ancillary insurance benefits
