Pentester confirmé - Red Team

Conduct security audits and red team exercises covering web, Active Directory, mobile, and IoT environments. Develop custom pentest tools, participate in training development, and contribute technical articles. As responsibilities expand, structure the pentest practice methodology, manage junior staff, and lead technical decisions for the team. Perform daily work requiring strong offensive security skills, Python scripting, and current vulnerability knowledge. This role involves building the pentest practice from the ground up within a six-person team at Ballpoint, with regular remote work options and a presence requirement in Paris.
