Job Summary
Pensions Service Delivery Consultant responsible for the operational delivery of UK and Ireland pension programmes (DB/DC) within EMEA, overseeing day-to-day operations, governance, and risk management; supervising third-party administrator performance; maintaining process inventories; supporting governance activities (trustee reporting, controls, audits); driving process improvements, and monitoring pension-related financial processes including invoicing and expenses; requiring strong understanding of UK pension schemes, governance, regulatory requirements, stakeholder management, and advanced Excel capabilities.
Required Qualifications
- Well-developed understanding of UK pension schemes (Defined Benefit and Defined Contribution)
- Experience in pension operations and working with third-party administrators
- Knowledge of UK pensions governance, regulatory requirements, and risk frameworks
- Advanced Microsoft Excel (data analysis, reporting, reconciliations)
- Detail-oriented with process focus
- Analytical thinking with ability to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement
- Proficient stakeholder management and influencing skills
- Effective problem-solving skills for complex operational issues
- Excellent written and verbal communication with trustees, vendors, and internal partners
