Pensions Transitions Manager responsible for managing a portfolio of scheme transitions from bulk purchase annuity contracts to full insurance buy-out, acting as the lead client contact during project delivery. Lead a team of project transitions experts, coordinate with the scheme’s ceding administrator, and oversee the journey to buy-in and buy-out. Ensure retirement calculations and letters are automated, document procedures, establish controls for new clients, and incorporate lessons learned from prior transitions. Handle ad hoc chargeable projects, resolve issues, align with Outsourcing administration goals, and drive on-time project delivery with performance reviews for team members.
