Job Summary
Drive superior, consistent project management for concurrent retirement administration initiatives by translating business needs into comprehensive plans with defined objectives, timelines, deliverables, budgets, and quality standards. Serve as the day-to-day project lead and primary daily contact to clients, ensuring team progress against established goals while managing expectations and resolving issues. Develop trusted advisor relationships through efficient execution, value-added consulting on defined benefit system implementations, and training clients on new tools. Contribute to the development of new tools and processes to meet outsourcing and human resources needs, while supporting new business generation through product introductions and finalist presentations.
