Job Summary
Develop and maintain internal pension processes while ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements. Perform pension valuation calculations for multiple DC Pension Plans and gather requirements to configure systems for client implementations. Provide data analysis, translation support, and training materials for system conversions. Create moderately complex queries and reports, then develop test plans to ensure effective testing of system configurations. Log findings and escalate issues that affect resolution or quality. Liaise between internal and external parties, including business, technical, government agencies, unions, and consultants. Maintain effective communication with management and staff. This exempt position offers a compensation range of $80,000 - $100,000 per year.
Required Qualifications
- Strong Word, Excel, and Outlook skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong analytical skills
- 3-5 years of related work experience
- Ability to write moderately complex queries in UniData, Microsoft Access and/or SQL Server
- Travel up to 10% to other office locations
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in related field (Business, Computer Science, etc...)
- Business Analyst or Systems Analyst experience
- Quality Assurance Testing experience
- Taft-Hartley experience
