Job Summary
Develop and maintain pension systems by performing valuation calculations for multiple DC Pension Plans and configuring systems to meet business requirements. Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory standards while gathering and analyzing requirements for data translation and new system conversions. Execute quality assurance testing through procedural and computation testing, develop test plans, and create moderately complex queries in UniData, Microsoft Access, or SQL Server. Liaise between internal and external parties, including government agencies, unions, and consultants, to support client implementations and project delivery. Maintain effective communication with management, staff, and clients while developing training materials and escalating issues affecting resolution or quality.
Required Qualifications
- Strong Word, Excel, and Outlook skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong analytical skills
- 3-5 years of related work experience
- Ability to write moderately complex queries in UniData, Microsoft Access and/or SQL Server
- Travel up to 10% to other office locations
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in related field (Business, Computer Science, etc...)
- Business Analyst or Systems Analyst experience
- Quality Assurance Testing experience
- Taft-Hartley experience
