Job Summary
Develop and maintain deep understanding of internal pension processes while ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements. Perform pension valuation calculations for multiple DC Pension Plans and gather, analyze business requirements, and configure systems to meet specific needs. Provide data analysis and translation support for system conversions, develop moderately complex queries in UniData, Microsoft Access, or SQL Server, and create test plans to ensure effective testing. Log findings, escalate issues affecting resolution or quality, and maintain effective communication with management, clients, government agencies, unions, and consultants.
Required Qualifications
- Strong Word, Excel, and Outlook skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong analytical skills
- 3-5 years of related work experience
- Ability to write moderately complex queries in UniData, Microsoft Access and/or SQL Server
- Travel up to 10% to other office locations
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in related field (Business, Computer Science, etc...)
- Business Analyst or Systems Analyst experience
- Quality Assurance Testing experience
- Taft-Hartley experience
