Job Summary
Senior Pension Consulting Actuary focused on day-to-day client support including actuarial valuations, compliance filings, consulting analyses, and client communications. Seeks opportunities to streamline workflows, improve documentation, evaluate software solutions, and formalize procedures to enhance efficiency, consistency, and quality within the pension department. Hybrid role based with the team in Horsham, PA, offering 3 days in office / 2 days remote. Requires 8+ years’ pension consulting experience and actuarial credentials (ASA, FSA, and/or EA); strong client service orientation, communication skills, and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. ProVal experience is a plus.
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years experience in a multiemployer or single employer pension consulting environment
- Actuarial credentials (ASA, FSA, and/or EA)
- Strong technical actuarial background with demonstrated attention to detail
- Excellent project, workflow, and operations management skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with ProVal is a plus
