Job Summary
Provide day-to-day support for clients by preparing actuarial valuations, compliance filings, consulting analyses, and communications in accordance with technical and professional standards. Streamline workflows, improve documentation, evaluate software solutions, and formalize procedures to enhance efficiency and quality across the pension department. Oversee multiple concurrent deliverables while maintaining high attention to detail and client-service orientation. This senior role offers meaningful influence over both technical work and operational strategy within a growing firm specializing in multiemployer defined benefit pension and health plans. The position is based in Horsham, PA, with a hybrid schedule of three days in the office and two days remote.
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years' experience in a multiemployer or single employer pension consulting environment
- Actuarial credentials (ASA, FSA, and/or EA)
- Strong technical actuarial background with demonstrated attention to detail
- Excellent project, workflow, and operations management skills paired with proven ability to oversee multiple concurrent deliverables
- Highly client-service oriented, with strong written and verbal communication skills
- Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with ProVal is a plus
