Pension Brokerage Analyst - Belgium

Collaborate with standardized recurring tasks and process the business transactions for new affiliations, data uploads, and changes. Perform client data checks, calculate contributions, prepare payments, and treat leavers or retirements while preparing files for consultants. Act as a point of reference for technical issues and non-standard cases, documenting all conducted process steps. Support the implementation of new customers in the pension administration system using WTW admin tools and MS Office applications. This role is part of the Lisbon Regional Delivery Center, where the team focuses on end-to-end pension fund administration and retirement solutions.
